Melt-blown non-woven fabric is a non-woven fabric manufacturing method that melts thermoplastic high polymers such as PP (Polypropylene), and extrusion spins through a nozzle. In the case of complex spinning, it uses two types of high polymer resins to transfer the melted high polymer to a metering pump, through an extruder, a distribution valve and nozzle. This is a non-woven fabric manufacturing process in which high-temperature, high-pressure air is provided to the melted polymer when spinning then laminating while on the specialized conveyor belt, it is combined with self-adhesive property from the residual heat into a form of non-woven fabric.
